| 1. All visitors to ORPHEUS web pages are sincerely welcome.
2. Registered users can access ORPHEUS documents not available to general public, post comments, give suggestions, etc.
3. Registration is available only to persons directly involved with ORPHEUS or to persons coordinating PhD programmes in their countries.
4. To become a registered user, one must complete the process of registration. All registered users become a part of a Closed User Group (CUG). The process of registration includes filling out the registration form and personal information verification. During registration it is mandatory for the user to identify him / herself with a full name and surname, title, valid address, phone number and e-mail. Identification photographs are also welcome. If you are having trouble posting photographs, contact the Administrator.
5. The official language of ORPHEUS web is English.
6. Users can communicate via e-mail, through the system of personal messages, or by posting comments to the published articles.
7. The user registration will be cancelled in case the provided personal information is found to be untrue or incomplete. Communication not in accordance with the general standards of academic behaviour or ORPHEUS mission, as well as any private message abuse will lead to the exclusion of the user in question.
